He went & found the flowers, which grow about there – & which we never saw before, did we? – And then he stood by me & dictated the letter just as I have written it down. He is a very clever boy – & so nice. I hope he will come & play with you next year – & his little sister <persName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#BewleyMay">May</persName>. – </p> <p><persName ref="CraikSiteIndex.xml#CraikGeorge">Papa</persName> was so delighted with your letter & so was I. We got them just before he started for a day's excursion with Ned's papa & uncle.
